CHOQUEQUIRAO 4D / 3N

ITINERARY:
Day 01. - CUSCO - LIMATAMBO - CACHORA
Early in the morning exit of Cusco in private bus passing through the bridge of Izcuchaca and Limatambo the ruins of Tarawasi and the bridge of Kunyac. We will take a rest to visit the stone of Saywite. Later we will continue towards Cachora where we will encamp in San Pedro de Cachora

Day 02. - WAQCHAPAMPAS - WAYNAQALLI - ROSALINA
After good breakfast near Beehive, where we will be able to appreciate rio of Chacamayu, that also flows by Cachora, we we will travel by Pampas of Pacaira in the Tube of the Apúrimac. After Chanchaillu (complex of sources), we will ascend near the great Wayna Qolli, of where we will be able to also appreciate a part of the arqueologico complex of Choquequirao and an impressive Vista of the snowed one of Vilcabamba. Soon we will descend near Pretty masana, the flora and fauna begins to change within a warm climate. Finally we will arrive at the beach of Rosalina, place of our camping.

Day 03. - ROSALINA - MARAMPATA - RAQAYPATA
Today we will walk all the day, considered like the hard day but. We will ascend early in the morning near mountains of the Cusqueño side, near Marampata. We will be able to observe colorful Orquideas and fragant violets, also animals like Deer, bears of eyeglasses as well as a great variety of birds. After a rest in Marampata we will continue to Raqaypata. We will encamp in the border of the Chunchullmayu river.

Day 04. - RAQAYPATA - CHOQUEQUIRAO - SANTA ROSA
We will concentrate ourselves exclusively in visiting Choquequirao. Of our camping we will walk approximately one hour until the archaeological complex. We will have a guided visit and a free time to visit the six sectors of this complex. We appreciated Qolqas, barns, the altar of the sun, terraces and a great urban zone. After finishing to our visit we will return to our camping.

Day 05. - SANTA ROSA - CACHORA - CUSCO
In ours I complete day of long walk. We will appreciate the tube that forms the Apurimac river. We will take a new way happening through the throat by the knot of the tube. We will have an impressive Vista from Wayna Qolly near the tube considered like most spectacular in South America. Arrival to Cachora where we will take the bus towards Cusco.
